SUMMER MENU from 1st MAY 2008
Evening meals £17.50 per person served at 7pm Our aim
is to provide a good value and quality meal, usually cooked slowly in
our country style kitchen. Our current summer menu is as follows, suplemented
usually with specials advertised in the dining room. We take orders for
dinner in the morning and this enables us to accommodate most dietary
requirements. Those wishing to dine on their day of arrival are encouraged
to choose from the following menu. Sunday evening we offer a traditional Sunday Roast otherwise...... Starters Soup of the Day Brussels Pate with Homemade Red Onion Marmalade Chilli Beef Deep Fried Cheeses Scottish Salmon Fillet Sirloin Steak Minted Lamb Shank Lamb Steaks Steamed Chicken Breast all served with a selectoin of seasonal vegetables Choice of deserts with a Homemade option each day We also serve a substantial Full English BreakfastSummer

There is always a vegetarian choice available if ordered in the morning
Desert
Followed by coffee and mints, all for £17.50 per person
Self-Catering customers are welcome if space is available
at a price of £7.50 per person
