B&B Accommodation on Exmoor, North Devon
The B&B accommodation is comfortable and quiet one with a second interconnected double room suitable for use as a family suite.
Flatscreen TV's, high speed Wi-Fi, beverage tray, fluffy towels, high quality linen, high pressure showers and quality toiletries.
During the evenings relax with a coffee or a nightcap from the bar in our elegant resident Victorian lounge. A small library and board games are also available to help while away the hours.
A help-yourself buffet breakfast is available each morning in our lovely light and airy dining room with wonderful views of the gardens and beyond across the Moors, Heddon Valley to the sea.
An extensive selection of fresh bread, yoghurts, fresh fruit and vegetables, cold meats and cheeses, bacon and eggs, cereals, croissants and pastries, preserves, fruit juices, freshly brewed coffee and a selection of teas.
We do offer a gluten and dairy free option on request.
All rooms have ensuites with either shower or bath, colour flat screen TVs. All double ensuite rooms also have views over the grounds and are centrally heated.
Please note that we do not allow dogs in the bed and breakfast rooms.
Dogs are welcome only when booking the Dean apartment.
Situated on the ground floor, the family suite consists of two separate double rooms (one large double bedroom and one twin bedded room, interconnected) with adjoining private ensuite shower room.
